Recently contacted Andrew and having been shown round first class caravans with first class help (excellent choice) decided to buy one. On reflection decided a different layout required. Deposit paid and then refunded after chosen caravan re-sold. Andrew very kindly kept us in the loop and speedily facilitated this process. Should you be looking for a caravan then look no further. I recently got in touch with Andrew regarding: a caravan I saw and the whole experience from start to finish was excellent . Andrew was very professional throughout , sending full walk round videos and service history documents beforehand as we planned to travel down from Glasgow to see the caravan. Unfortunately we didn’t buy the caravan in the end due to personal circumstances however Andrew kept to his word and refunded our deposit without question , and we left on really positive terms .
