We first contacted Andrew when we were growing (ha!) concerned about the damage to our property caused by neighbouring tree roots and were after advice about what treatment/actions should be taken to alleviate said damage. I contacted Andrew for his plant expertise to help a client when Japanese Knotweed had been identified during a valuation process. Andrew promptly arranged a site visit and provided a concise & informative report of the vegetation at my client's property. His findings enabled my client to have the valuer's report amended so he could progress his mortgage application.
