We recently enquired about a property at 45 The Parade, Oadby and arranged a viewing through the company. The viewing itself was okay, but nothing particularly professional or impressive. Joe was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the recent letting of our property.He was consitently available with advice, quick to respond, and made the process feel managable. We appreciated his support and professionalism.
My experience at Andrew and Ashwell was extremely disappointing. The staff member, Malcolm, spoke to me in a tone that felt dismissive and condescending from the moment I approached him. Instead of providing help, he made the interaction unnecessarily unpleasant and left me feeling completely unwelcome as a customer. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this level of attitude and lack of professionalism was unacceptable. I hope the management seriously addresses this, because no customer deserves to be treated this way.
Harry Brown is condescending, has no manners and very disrespectful and thinks he’s something of himself. Spoke to him about letting & managing my warehouse based in Leicester. I would say the service and the manner in which he dealt with my matter was honestly disgraceful. Not even apologitic of his behaviour.
