Rightly so this company is gone. It was an absolute nightmare when I was with them and they didn't sort out issues I had with the flat when I paid my rent on time. It doesn't surprise me they merged with another company because they weren't professionals. High turnover of staff too. Pity as some staff were good.

Terrible service. My father passed away and the letter they sent was very poorly written. This was the first i have heard of his death, i hoped for further details ASAP but after providing my contact details, two days later i still had not received a response. I contact them by phone to be told 'they were swamped with work and would probably be in touch next week'. A soulless response.
