it is always difficult to lose a loved one, but it is made even more difficult when you do not know where to turn. I had the absolute WORST experience at Anderson-Goodale with Rich Anderson. He never even told us who he was (I found out later) he never asked for my name, never offered condolences for the loss of my Dad who had died unexpectedly (12 hours previous). He never blinked an eye when he asked who had died previously and I told him my daughter recently died from childhood cancer only a year ago. Still- nothing said at all. Rich Anderson should not be in the funeral business. He was abrupt and had no empathy . When I walked into the conference room, I said I was the daughter of the man who passed. He said, “don’t tell me your name, I will just forget it”. He didn’t offer condolences; He was focused on telling us about the contract rather than guiding us through this painful experience. He also caused quite a lot of stress by saying he couldn’t be sure what day we could hold the funeral.

Very spacious and clean. Staff are very accommodating and they explained more details. Me and family will absolutely recommend this place.
