RecommendedThis place is amazing, everyone is so nice and friendly, and it's also very clean with a great location. The leasing staff has always been professional and helpful. They have some great customer service, which makes it easy to enjoy living here. We love it here!!

I highly recommend Anderson Flats. The management and maintenance team truly care about the property and it’s residents. They keep it perfectly clean at all times! I have lived at other apartments and this is by far the best. They have lots of social events too!

Love Anderson Flats! Just moved here from Colorado and looked for a long time for an apartment. We were really getting discouraged. We walked in and Allie took us to an apartment and as soon as she opened the door we knew was this it. Great group of people, everyone is so friendly! Allie and Joanna are terrific! Feels like home.
5 star!!!! Absolutely love Anderson Flats!! The manager and her team always make us feel so at home when we come to their office! Love all the amenities! Home sweet home!
