poor service – It is not the place to dine but rather to have some drinks and don't expect a good service because it takes 20 to 30 minutes to order for drinks and the food comes even later than that. You will spend more time getting anxious and angry than having a good time.
Wine and Wine... not Wine and Dine – I absolutely love the atmosphere of the restaurant. Like others, I wouldn't recommend eating there to get a meal. Maybe for drinks and a light meal before hitting the strip. The service was prompt and overall, it was better than I expected. Thumbs up to JT and company.
Drinks...maybe – The food was god-awful at this very cool restaurant. It's too bad, because you want to like it because you feel so cool when you're sitting in the relaxing couch-chairs. Too bad...so sad. Overpriced, horrible food, almost as bad service. Stay away!
Great Ambiance – We went to this restaurant Saturday night and we had a great time. The place is decorated beautifully and the out door patio is great for mingling and smoking. The food was average and a bit pricey but you can always go there for drinks.
chi the place to be – my girlfriend and I kept hearing about jt's new restaurant so we had to try it. we went in last saturday for my girlfriends birthday and had dinner. the place was really cool, we're smokers so we appreciated the fire area and that you can smoke while you are having dinner. the waitress was really nice and she even had the manager come over and open our bottle of wine for us. we felt like celebs. the food was really good, the portions were a little bit small but we managed to fill up. we are coming back ... read more
Get over it! – I went to Chi last week for dinner with friends. I made reservations a couple of days before going for Friday night. We had no problems from getting our table, to drinks, to dinner and to desserts. The portions are a bit small but the ambience and clientele make up for it. And, the place is really decorated nicely. hot, hot, hot – I had a great time at Chi !! The place is great...loved the food, the ambience, the crowd. I even got a glimpse of Mr. Timberlake himself. I had fun and will definitely be back.
this place sucks – I am one to enjoy fine dinning. All that is needed to impress me is good service, good food, nice atmosphere, and good company. At Chi, all I had was good company. From the short 10 minutes that we stayed, I have concluded that I will never return to this restaurant, nor will I recommend this restaurant to anyone I like. don't eat there – I had THE WORST experience there ever! The staff was rude, snotty, and unaccomodating. We had reservations for 8 but only 6 showed up on time. they seated us for 6 even though we told them more people would be coming. a friend came and we pulled up a chair. they refused to let us use the chair and said that if they needed it since they were fully booked, they would ask for it back. there was NO way we could have sat together without the chair. the waitress spilled out my friends drink on the table and did n... read more
