Appalling Landlords where older tenants are frightened to complain for fear of being told to leave!! No -one should be scared of there landlord it’s a form of bullying ! Repairs are being neglected ! Electrical issues where ppl have appliances stop working , 90yrs old lady like myself have had 5/6 soup makers , slow cookers , lots of appliances break down !! We keep being told nothing can be found ?? Is this how electric behaves??
My mum has been here 4 years. She loved it prior to getting dementia. I love her being here now she has dementia. The carers and staff are wonderful, they care for mum as though she were the Queen! I can't praise them enough for their hard work, dedication and love. Thank you, thank you, thank you. 🥰🥰😶
Looks and I've heard that this is a well run establishment. Calm and helpful staff. Something to consider for the near future. X
Iv given a one star my mother-in-law has been on the waiting list for woodveiw for 2 years she has dementia witch is getting worse all we have had from reception staff are lies they kept saying she's on extra care list witch she isn't and u will get a letter they have no intention of giving her a property they don't keep us informed attitude of one particular reception staff is completely un friendly by the time she actualy gets round to getting a place if at all she wint need it im disgusted with how shes been treated by st... read more
Parents moved into here in 2009 until their deaths. Nice enough place, but the contributing factor of them moving there was that they had a bar there. When they closed this, the place went downhill. Ok, they have a cafe downstairs, but the tenants don't have the same sense of togetherness as when the bar was open
