I’m a mobile beauty therapist and I regularly visit many care homes to provide treatments for residents. I’ve been to West Hall Care Home many times, and I have to say it’s truly a fantastic place. Yesterday, I was there giving Susie facials, and once again I was so impressed by the staff. They are always kind, caring, and attentive, and the way they treat the residents is wonderful. If I ever had to choose a care home for a loved one, West Hall Care Home would definitely be my first choice. I highly recommend this care home... read more

Lovely care home, with friendly staff. Residents all looked very happy!
My mother spent three weeks at West Hall recently - she was warmly welcomed and when it was time to leave, as many staff as were available came to say goodbye. I can honestly say that the cleanliness of the room and the floor she was on was fantastic. The staff were universally kind and responsive. There were a few teething troubles as you might expect given the complexity of each resident's needs and preferences but these were dealt with promptly.
