I went for a tour recently and the manager couldn't be more friendly and informative. It was obvious that she was very proud of her property, and she should be. It was immaculate. My brother recently moved into Oakfield Court after moving from another location in Sunderland. Janine (location Manager) made every effort to ensure it was seamless and was really obliging in accommodating the transition. Poor run scheme by a very poor manager using the scheme like her own home.Never there and always out.More time for friends and contrators when at work but thats not very much.Has put customers and employees confidential information at risk many time because everyone and anyone never out of her office needs addressed with immediate affect
