I’ve been seeing Anastasia for help with a knee issue while training for a marathon, I honestly couldn’t recommend her more highly. She is the most knowledgeable physio I've been to see and has made me feel very comfortable.
I've been going to Ana for a few months now and she's honestly amazing! Her deep tissue massages have done wonders, especially for persistent back/neck pain. She has incredible knowledge of how your muscles and body interact to expertly identify the root cause of issues and treat them properly instead of surface remedies. Ana listens to what you need and it's clear she really cares about her work. She is super lovely and easy to get on with, truly cannot recommend her enough!

Incredible massage and dry cupping! I cant thank Hoyee enough, she was incredible. I left after 90 minutes feeling like a new man. Highly recommend it.
