Location is the biggie with this hotel. Our room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and we had a good time. There were plenty of towels and wash clothes. It has an indoor pool and hot tub but we were so tired after Disney, we never made it. :) The valet staff was also very helpful. I was self-parking but all the spots were taken so they gave me complementary valet parking in the garage. They even remembered me when I went to claim my car. I am a Disneyland regular and this is my go to hotel. I have stayed at many places surrounding the park and this has the best value without compromising convenient park access (right outside the gates) and the rooms are clean and accommodating.
It was a nice getaway for my family! Thank you for giving this mommy some days off from cleaning the room and having the beds done. Plus, being close to the park is a major plus. ���
Just spent 5 nights at this hotel and was very pleased. We had a suite on the 4th floor and never had any problems. Employees were friendly and helpful. Hotel is steps from Disneyland entrance and they have an indoor pool and rooftop viewing for fireworks and we could see them from our room. The only complaint I would have is that parking is tight and street level parking fills up fast but they have underground garage parking and valet for that. As always, the Desert Inn & Suites did not disappoint! Friendly staff, great communication on my room status upon arrival. They have comfortable beds and the water is always hot! I'll be back.
We stay here 3 to 4 times a year for the last 15 years. We have never had a problem of any kind. The staff is friendly, rooms clean and an easy walk to the Park. The continental breakfast is basic but enough to get your day started. Lots of restaurants close by. Love this place.
I have been staying here for years. I have an annual pass and drive from Utah three plus times a year. I love the convenience of staying directly across the street from the park. Bringing my grandkids back for a nap is easy. The rooms are always clean and ready, the breakfast makes mornings easy for getting to the park early, the staff is welcoming. Had a great experience here this summer! They made an honest mistake with rooms and fixed it right away with a complimentary room one night. Very professional, and I can not wait to come back for my honeymoon next fall!
