We have been coming here for so long, and we have never been disappointed.
We have been Disneyland Annual Pass holders for years! We have also stayed at just about every hotel near Disneyland. Since we started staying at the Anaheim Desert Inn and Suites we have not stayed anywhere else. Their suites can accommodate large families and the staff is incredible. From the previous manager Carlos to the present one Teo, They have always made us feel like FAMILY!!!!
we have been stay at desert inn and suites for years. it was recommended by a good friend.the staff is always friendly and helpful.we love the indoor swimming pool and the large suites for big families, i always recommend it to my friends and family.also love the breakfast before we head across the street to disneyland.
My husband and I are annual pass holders and come to Disneyland several times a year and always stay at this hotel! The staff are always very friendly and professional. We have never experienced anything other than a great stay! Our room is always clean and fully stocked we have never had any problems with housekeeping. We take advantage of the breakfast every morning which is very good. The place is a dump, the staff is very unprofessional, unhelpful, and rude. They seem to lack any courtesy or customer service skills. I would have left them no stars, but that isn't an option. Have a magical day, Desert Inn.
This morning TWO different staff members walked in on me changing my clothes. Which has literally NEVER happened in my life, yet it happened in ONE day here. I have a spider bite on my leg, and have found spiders in my room. The front desk staff treated me like *I* some how did something wrong, and accused my son of opening the door. He is 11 yrs old, and is the one that told the staff that they should have knocked. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. All I expected was an apology, and for them to talk to the staff. Stayed here quite a few times. Nice basic hotel right across the street from the Disney parks. Reasonable prices. Peter always does a great job taking care of us. Thanks Peter.
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE "hotel" to stay at! They don't give a single care about their customers. They rip you off and treat you like complete DIRT!! Unprofessional people working there. No one knows what's going on or who's staying in what room or for how long for that matter!! They'll lock you out of your room. RUDE employees as well!! Save your money and the hassle and do not stay here!!!!
I wish I could give 0 stars. Horrible. Absolutely Horrible. I can't believe managment thinks its acceptable to belittle guests after making horrible mistakes that put their guests and families in possible danger. I will never stay here and from now on make sure anyone i know, knows the same! Get it together Anaheim Desert Inn & Suites. Get new management before they ruin your whole place of business.
