Take note- the luggage lockers are NOT secure. We have an iPad and several other valuables stolen from them while at the park. Staff couldn’t care less. The manager is unreachable. Awful experience for my 10 year old daughter who was too terrified to sleep there.

I have stayed at Dessert Inn & Suites for over 10 years! I have nothing but good things to say! We come as a very large group of families from Hawaii. Teo has helped accommodate our group and is very courteous and professional. Dessert inn is very clean. All the staff are courteous! The housekeepers(maids) greet you every time you see them as well as the front desk and the maintenance. If there was one thing that I could suggest it would be to have a softer bed. Your staff needs work and furniture updating. The valet the day I arrived were rude and disrespectful as was one of the "gentlemen" at the front desk. You need to inform your guest that there is onw car per room and then have your staff be professional about it. The front desk person did not bother to see if I could get a key said come back at three. ....and waived me off about an additional car. Hi Teo! I am a friend of Tam Anderson. Was there last week with her, Laura and Chris. Enjoyed my stay. And the convenience of the hotel being across the street from Disneyland is awesome! I told ny mom and she says the next time we go to Disneyland, we are going to stay there.

Last year we had a great visit. This year not so much. So many issues. Checking my records, I knew I was given the wrong room/suite but she insisted I got the right one. I dont know the price difference but it's ridiculous. The "suite" wasn't ready on time and the staff takes forever to clean the rooms. We were traveling with toddlers and had to wait around several times. We have already booked a different hotel nearby for next year.
