I loved the staff very helpful in ndoor pool I like their family sweet fits 10 people
I do recommend Families to stay here so convenient but the only downside is no oversized vehicles 15 passenger van which put a damper on our stay especially because other people with oversized vehicles was allowed to park here. My family had to park next door which meant paying more for parking.
I love the two queen over the king rooms it’s way smaller. I love the fact that it’s right across the street from downtown Disney and the kicker it has an indoor pool/jacuzzi. The only minus you have to pay for Parking which i believe is $13.00 and the beds are hard. Real hard.

Friendly staff and good sized rooms. Love watching the fireworks from the rooftop patio. Best of all....location location location!!
love that this hotel was right across from the hotel. close to an ihop, a bar, and a buffet, perfect for everyone’s needs
We never actually stayed here as family booked at a near by hotel and decided to stay in at the same hotel. Cancelled reservations continually kept getting reminders of. Three separate occasions to be exact phone calls were made to cancel. They only cancelled one and getting a hold of a manager to solve the charge issue has been next to impossible. Front desk “supervisor” was exceptionally rude and could care less. Borderline said we were lying about cancelling the reservations. Problem has yet to be resolved and will not re... read more
