Dont stay here!!!! They cant keep track of their bookings and have strange people walking in YOUR room because of double booking!! STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!
How is this a 5star hotel then!! That is crazy and you had kids in the room nope this isn't okay
My family I stayed here on my daughters bday and we had 2 strange people walk in our room around 2 am and management refused to refund or acknowledge there mistake

Horrible place horrible manager rude employees they don't care for their customers to let somebody walk into a room that was booked the only once but twice is horrible then to say did the people look scary what should that matter there was children in the room asleep. They will take your money, book someone else to the room and let strangers just go in your room in the middle of the night. Management is rude and so is the staff, don't stay here!!!

Awful noise all night because the pipe is very old and shabby. Very poor staff attention.
