Saw Cole for a spot on my head. She spent 60 seconds with me and said it was nothing. Biopsy positive.
I’m an existing patient. It is 11/12 and they said they cannot see me until March 2025.
I saw Dr. Cole at the Rockville location. The office is about an hour and half from where I live. She is highly rated so I selected her as the dermatologist to perform a full body examination for skin cancer. I was a bit nervous because I have never done this before. After the visit, I was very happy with the results and the service. It did not take long to fill out the application and to be seen. Dr. Cole is the best. I have been going to her for almost 20 years. Her bedside manner and attention to detail are second to none. I have never had an issue with her team or anyone associated with her practice. Highly recommend!
She’s lovely and I regret I won’t be able to see her anymore but her office is awful. I couldn’t take the multiple calls for rescheduling my appointment and the lack of empathy from the gentleman on the phone when I called about it. I don’t want to find a new dermatologist but I will be.
