DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They delay printing and cannot communicate within their own company. I ordered and approved proof on 11-16-16. Today is 12-7-16 and NOTHING has been done but constant emails and phone calls designed to delay my order. I proved numerous times THEY were at fault and nothing has been done to compensate me for my time trying to do THEIR job. Bad business practices - stay away!
Just wanted to thank you for fast turnaround. The pens came out beautifully. Your staff did an excellent job. My church loved them.
Ordered 500 pens for my daughter's brand new business as customer giveaways...less than 100 were usable!!! Smudged lettering, cut off the logo, some pens missing caps or points...and some pens were totally blank! Called and they redid the order...second run just as bad! Obviously this company needs to work on quality control!
I'm very dissatisfied with this company. I ordered forest green/khaki hats and I received forest green/white hats. I had my lettering and photo printed in khaki. The white mesh and my khaki printing doesn't look the best.
Our church ordered pens for an outreach- they were fine. BUT a rep called for feedback, I said I just didn't have time AND THEY HUNG UP ON ME. never again
I'm very disappointed. The pens I ordered are so nice and write so well that my customers and coworkers keep stealing them. The pens are wonderful and came out great... Almost too perfect.... Ordered multiple colors as well and all of them are perfect. When I run out I'll definitely order more... Have to find a way to hang on to them better though.
