What company tells you it will cost additional $10.00 to get you a proof of what you are buying to make sure it is right before print?. On top of that, you charge me $5.00 just to email me my logo. What a con job going on here. And lord knows what is going to happen between now and me getting my stuff.

Terrible experience, hard to reach company, was told by two different people shirts were on order, then two different people that I had received them (I hadn't), then sent confirmation I got them (confirmation said shirts went to CT I'm in TX), then told me later I never ordered them. Help line hangs up after initial greeting. Just confirmed they did indeed charge my card. Wish I could pick zero stars. Buffoons.

Customer service and products not up to par. In the past great service, follow up and most important products. Ordered samples in Feb. 2014 never received, and no follow up. Went else ware. Reordered in April, got 1 and 1/2 follow-up, but no products. Called them, they did rush out 2 of 5 items. Flashlight pen had no button for the flashlight to work, and very cheap looking. Would not give to a customer to use or keep. The other item Lg Earth tote had no bottom liner, did I mention it's large! I called back today, they'll se... read more
