Words can't describe how infuriated I am with this company and their horrid service. I ordered lighted pens, and asked repeatedly if they could be delivered today, I was repeatedly assured that they could... if I paid for overnight shipping which I did. When I noticed that the tracking # indicated that the package had not even arrived at the UPS facility this morning. I had wanted to order promo pens for our business. I was told they'd send me 5 free samples in different colors. I received 2 pens and when I contacted them they said the other 3 are on their way. Still not here after several weeks. Last week I got a phone call from them asking me to place my order. The person said I shouldn't need all 5 pens to make a decision. I told them to not bother calling back. I will never order from them. By the looks of their feedback, most people agree that their customer service stinks.
apparently in the fine print you get stuck paying extra for what ever overrun they have . Why do i have to pay for their poor planning ? When i questioned it they didnt care and wished me a good night. wont be back :(
The worst ever.... 4 weeks later I was informed that they are out of stock..... would NEVER order or waste time with this company again...
