Fast service the only issue I had was the staff on call were not on the same page when you talk to them Everyone gives you. a different answer.

Got my keychains in. GREAT. But my pens, I'm still so upset. Shipped supposedly 8 days ago. Noone for 2 days could answer where they were when UPS says they were only set up for delivery never delivered. Now Amsterdam is saying they left Texas warehouse and have to go through the boarder to get to me. HMMM, we are all in the USA so why. They said because they so close to the boarder. ERRR. Overcharged, Wrong Product Received, No Recourse. I ordered and approved one version of the product and received a different version. I was also over-charged for the incorrect product. Their customer service is terrible. If an email is replied to, it is with a clipped sentence fragment and without resolution. I apparently have no recourse, outside of reversing the charge with my credit card company, for their errors.
Thank you guys for printing awesome shot glasses for my wedding! They came in today and we love them!!!!
