Extremely frustrated after placing a large order in which I asked for a digital proof prior to production. The order with the delivery date was accepted then everything went silent. I chatted a few times asking for my digital proof. A few days later I received an email that my order had shipped! This is the first time I ordered anything through Amsterdam Printing and am very impressed. When I placed the order, I realized the shipping date was the day after we needed the pens for an event, so I called and they were able to place a rush on my order. I then got an e-mail from the production manager when there was an issue with the logo I sent them, and she was quick to make sure the logo was fixed and would print correctly. I have been ordering items from Amsterdam printing for over 15 years with the same account manager (Yavonne ) she has always taken the time to ensure that I got the best item for what the occasion. I highly recommend Amsterdam printing over other promotion companies that I had dealt with. I give them 5 stars.

They canceled an order and I sent in the payment for the product as soon as I ordered it. Did not give a reason why . And when I emailed them to see if I would get a response, no response. just a return email as if I had messaged them at all.

Ordered pens and they were a horrible color. I was able to get them to send me a new order, but had to ship back my old order. They came to pick up the pens in August and I am constantly getting phone calls to pay the invoice. Obviously they have no clue what they are doing considering they were the ones who picked up the pens. This place is horrible

I absolutely LOVE my job, it's fun, everyone there is actually NICE and treats Yu like a person. They give REAL TRAINING so Yu can perform your job properly. I would recommend Amsterdam Print to anyone who actually WANTS TO WORK

Received a free sample of the softex gel glide pen with the correct imprint. These are nice pens so I placed an order without changing anything. However when I received order it had the wrong phone number. When I called I expected a problem, but instead sent a new order with the correct phone number. The staff I talked to could not be more friendlier and helpful. This is how you run a business great costumer support. Thank you
