What I think about Amsterdam printing is they are one of the sorriest companies to do business with. I bought the light up pens and they don't even work half the time. I got behind on paying them and I spoke with their accounts receivable person and explained I would send payment this week (Feb. 12,2018) and they said that was fine. Then today, the 15th I got a call from a collection agency saying they turned it over to them. We did a relatively low quantity of mugs for our church. Amsterdam had the lowest prices of anyone. Also the software was easy to use to create our design as we don't have any graphics people and are just amateurs. Also they replaced a couple of mugs which arrived chipped. They are easy to reach with customer service via email and respond in a timely fashion. We are very pleased and would love to use them again!
If i could rate 0 in here, it will be 0. No matter how cheap their shit is. Do not trust this company. Do not order anything from this company. Unprofessional staff. Incompetent people. I ordered calendars back in October. Approved the proofs but still managed to mess up the printing in the end. When asked to get a reprint. Took another 3 weeks to do it. A day after it was suppose to be delivered, they tell me that they run out of stock. WTH! They tell me that it was an oversight and we fell thru the crack. Seriously!
Received a sample spiral bound calendar in the mail and liked it so I placed an order for our company. After placing my order I found these reviews which began to worry me so I called their customer service department and spoke to Scott who was courteous & professional. Received my order on time and perfect. Sorry it seems like so many have had a bad experience with Amsterdam but we could not have asked for any better service than they provided. This company is ridiculous, I ordered 288 cups two weeks ago, it should be shipped out the day before, and today they told me they cannot ship to me because there are 250 cups left, they want me to change the color. Our trade show is next week, I asked if I change to color can they ship me over night, They said they need to charge me $1699 overnight shipping!!! The worst company I have ever seen!!
