Have had a few too many bad experiences with this clinic. The most recent where the booking form was ignored, my requests were ignored and the clinician did what he wanted. After making me wait an hour and two people going before me. One obviously a friend as they came in through the back door. No effort was made by the clinic to resolve the issue - apart from double booking me with the same person who I refused to let near my face again after repeated mistakes.
