So used to first class service over the years that its so annoying when i can't get through to Amplifon due to there not being a receptionist on duty. I rely on both my hearing aids and when one does wrong I am in grest difficulty. Always had excelkent service from all the staff tgere that I feel let down when the company cannot cover the front line staff
