Glad I chose this company. Friendly staff, high quality hearing aids and great after service customer care.
My husband had a hearing aid disaster which left him without a working aid. We went to the Newcastle Amplifon shop on Grainger Street and had the most efficient and friendly service. Can't thank the two members of staff enough who helped us and restored his aid so kindly. Peace and sanity were regained and when asking how much we owed we were told 'all part of the Amplifon service. Fantastic! Judith Scrivener.

My mum has been suffering with her hearing for quite some time and became reclusive as a result of both social anxiety & vulnerability. From the booking through to the moment we were received by Emma & Tahmina my mum was made to feel comfortable, reassured and a solution catered for her individual needs - the difference in her confidence & independence was noticeable by everyone in the family within hours. Thank you once again to all the staff for a wonderful and solution oriented experience. Highly recommended!
Had terrible blocked ear but they vacuumed it and restored my hearing.
