Hearing aid not charging. Told the warranty out of date so unable to help. As it cost nearly £2000 found them unhelpful and have wasted £2000. Would have thought as they supplied it what is their point of offering follow up care if they can't deliver.
I purchased a pair of hearing aids from Amplifon at a cost of just over 4K they needed attention and I made an appointment to repair them where I was told as they were over four years old they could not repair them. That worked out at 1k per year. He then had the audacity (excuse the pun) to offer me a new pair at a discount.
Brilliant annual follow up appointment by Chris who explained everything and turbo charged my hearing aids. Thanks so much.
