We are very lucky to have this caring surgery with some great doctors in our area!
Dr Alix over many years looked after my uncle. The care and compassion she showed him and our family is second to none. She was very empathetic, gave lots of time and went over and above, even offering to support out of hours. Thank you Dr Alix and the rest of the team who were also very supportive. Communication from the receptionists was also fantastic and they knew the patients.
Brilliant staff/service, makes larger/inner city surgeries look a joke. Seem genuinely bothered.
Whether at Ampleforth or Hovingham surgeries, the receptionists or doctors go the extra mile to see one asap or to do their best to accommodate an appointment. Each member of the surgeries is friendly, professional . Keep up your fantastic work!
