Very dishonest owner. Ordered flooring to the ROI, they never mentioned that it would be shipped from England and therefore subject to customs and taxes. The owner agreed to pay the fees to customs, then ghosted all calls and emails from me. I had to pay tax twice plus extras. Avoid this unproffessional and dishonest business at all cost.
