Hired a van for a house move, booked in advance by several days, my dad went to pick it up and stated how the man was taking so many photos (more than Days rental has previously) of the van. The worker did not like this after checking the van over for more than 30 minutes he told my dad to go and get his deposit back. Absolute shower of an outfit. My son rented a van from them & when he went to collect it the person behind the desk spoke very little English & wouldn’t supply the terms & conditions of hire. After much questioning it eventually turned out that he would only be insured for the first 2k of any damage & would be responsible for all subsequent costs if involved in an accident. Needed a van today , which was Sunday, the owner was so helpful , and hired me a van , which in most case you can't hire a van anywhere on a Sunday, I was so grateful to them , marvellous service, will definitely use them again

Hired a Luton van to move some stuff from Oxford back to Llangadog. Van worked really well and the staff were friendly and helpful. Was no trouble to extend the hire.
