I would say it's a great place to stay. Staying here since last 6 years never thought to move out from here. Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful society.

Have been living here for close to 2 years now and would say Green at Chevy chase reflects a perfect blend of nature and city life. Surrounded by trees, ponds and golf clubs makes it a refreshing living . With all the big stores/malls , hospitals, schools and corporate offices nearby, it makes it one of the best community you want to be in. Maintenance issues are resolved very quickly without follow-ups . Leasing office staff is very helpful , thorough professionals and much responsive. I really love my apartment at Green at Chevy chase. The staff is so nice and helpful. The residents are kind and fairly quiet. All my work orders get done within a day. I love the location of the property. Great place to live..

This is our very first apartment and we love it. The area is calm and quiet. We have everything we need close by in the area. You feel safe. The apartment buildings are clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend it to our friends and family.

Our stay at Chevy Chase has been wonderful since last one year. It truly is a luxury apartment in many aspects, ample parking, two swimming pools and fragrant corridors to name a few. I would recommend management to keep up with the nice gestures like community parties and goodies for kids etc.
My apartment at Green at Chevy chase is agreed value for its price . Anytime I needed a work order maintainence staff are top on it pretty quick service . Management staff does everything to make this place great to live . This place is so quiet and clean .As an added bonus the neighbors are all nice and friendly . So I would recommend Green at Chevy chase to evveryone who wants to be in a quiet respectful community.
