Cons:Move out charges are very high. They will do bathtub resurfacing and kitchen resurfacing on your money while it needs basic cleaning, and has wear and tear due to normal use. No area for kids to play. Pro: If you are good with move out charges other things at OK to live. Nice walkway around golf club and lot of greenery around. Good school district. And it is near to metra station and shops. Maintenance staff is very good and responsive.

very good society. very neat and spacious apartments. maintenance response very good.leasing staff are very good but tough to negotiate. lease extend or lease break conditions are not friendly especially when u r in emergency situations.

Great place to live whether you are single, young couple or a family with children. Safe, clean and friendly staff. Maintenance issues are addressed timely. Been living here for long time, a happy resident.
Amazing apartments. The leasing office staff is super awesome. The complex itself is beautiful and neat. The maintenance staff is very efficient and I love it here!
