RecommendedWe just moved into The Green at Chevy Chase in April. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Maintenace comes quickly if you need them, which is nice! It's quiet and the grounds are very pretty. We can't wait to use all the amenities (tennis courts, pools and the gym) We look forward to checking everything out!

I live at Green at chevy chase and love my stay.. it really feels like home..the services are really commendable and staffs are very co operative.. also enjoy and b a part of the frequent parties/ events organized by the office.. Nice place to live in

Stay here to stay happy!! Have been living here for now almost 3 years. Such a peaceful and clean environment. I have several friends here in US and whenever I visit them at their place, I realize how beautiful our society is. The greenery, the colors in falls, the fountains, the neat and clean walk ways. The evening stroll around the golf course is so picturesque that you would feel like to be in a state park. The bus stop is very close. Connectivity to lake-cook as well as N Milwaukee. The Green at Chevy Chase is a great place to live! The property is well kept. The management team is great. The maintenance staffs handles requests in a timely manner. It’s quiet, clean & pet friendly.
“The Green at chevy chase” as the name goes it’s really very green, a beautiful community to live, awesome and specious rooms, lovely and wonderful welcoming neighbors. Lots of Beautiful ponds, I love the walking trails as they are athletic friendly, friendly management and maintenance people. Over all it’s one of best place to live�
