Beware of move out charges.. Beware of Golf court near by. your car, your family, glass door/windows are high risk of hit by one of the golf balls for sure if your apt is near by court side. I have collected almost 200 golf balls from my patio in a summer. Twice broken my windows, one time hit my wife right leg very badly and twice dented my car. Lease office won't mind.. Because apt and court run by them.
This place is run by a bunch of idiots...I has an accidental fire in my apartment by a candle that burnt a little piece of the carpet and management (if you can call them that) told me I had 30 days to move out because one of their sister communities had a building burn down so they don't tolerate any fire issues at all...
I do not live at the Green at Chevy Chase but I can tell how wonderful their staff and management company are. A friend and I were organizing supplies to be sent to victims of Hurricane Harvey and I reached out to their management company to see if they had anything they wanted to donate. The wonderful staff at The Green helped organize TONS of supplies and in just TWO DAYS! They are an amazing team with beautiful hearts. Thank you!!!

The maintenance staff is really top rate. The crew is large, skilled (for the most part), good natured (all of them) and quick. I never hesitate to ask them to do something. On the other hand, because they are so attentive, there is very little for me to ask them to do. Needless to say, these buildings are very well maintained.
