After a protracted wait I finally got details of a tiny net payout of £58 in July 2025 Allow 2 days for your payment to be processed they said …August 13th and I’m still waiting and they don’t reply to email queries or WhatsApp or telephone DON’T BOTHER
I highly recommend Goodwin Barrett and the service they have provided in dealing with my St James’s Place complaint. It would have been helpful if the document to sign had been attached. Surely for the amount you have charged you would have been more competent?
Good service kept up dated but not happy with the charges at the end I understood there charges were 30% +vat but on copletition I was charged 40% + vat , I would recommend any one using this.company are fully aware of the charges
