I made an appointment three weeks out and they called back three days before to confirm my scheduled date which was great. The front desk was polite and courteous. The nursing staff "Zuleyka" was professional and attentive to all my questions. Dr. Carlos Perez is an excellent family practitioner extremely knowledgeable at his career. Overall great experience!!!!
I usually don’t write reviews but my experience at this office was so horrible and they treated me so poorly that I felt I had to warn others considering this practice. Dr. Perez is adequate at best. But the worst part of this office is the office staff. The staff is rude, do not treat patients with respect and display a complete lack of professionalism. My experience here was so bad that I am actually filing a claim against them with the Better Business Bureau and the State Department of Health Services.
