An amazing program, you get out of it what you put into it and that carries you through. My stay at Restoration was made comfortable by the fantastic, caring CC's. I admire Scott and Metkel's (clinical team) flexibility to adapt to my needs and concerns. I will miss the friends I've made but I absolutely recommend this program to anyone who needs it.
i liked the walks we did. Scott was kind enough to put his own money into the hands of us for “smoothie king walks” :-)!
I had a wonderful time at this place, especially for those with mental health challenges. The staff were incredibly helpful and the house and environment were super comfortable. However, I noticed some internal changes in management that made the place feel a bit disorganized. That’s why I only gave it 4 stars.
Nicole Velez is one of the kindest people you could hope to speak to. I had never even met her before, yet she went above and beyond to help me. She was knowledgeable and gave me resources and guidance in a time where I felt lost and hopeless. She was compassionate and understanding and made me feel like a had a friend in my corner.
Ashley O’Bryon has been wonderful to work with. I sent over a referral and she helped the family so much! She was able to help ease their fears around going to residential, and ultimately get them into treatment. I am so grateful for her warm, caring demeanor and I look forward to working with her and AMFM again.
