I had a wonderful experience staying at this residential home. The staff truly care about the residents and always go above and beyond to make everyone feel safe, supported, and respected. This is not the place to go for internet addiction. Our daughter spent 10 weeks here and came home with all her ChatGPT and other internet related addictions fully in tact. In the step down house she had 24/7 access to her drug of choice even though we were told her access would be “slowly introduced.” In the in patient house I complained she wasn't getting one on one therapy and when the counselor was called out by her supervisor she called me and said “the interns need to learn.” Patient care should come first not intern e... read more
When I went here my therapist fabricated documents claiming we were having therapy sessions that she was just not having with me and when I confronted her about it she straight up gaslit me and tried to say to my face we had sessions we did not have. My mental health reached a serious low at this place.
