REFUSING TO REFUND AN ITEM WHICH WAS RETURNED IN PERFECT CONDITION. I purchased an inlet manifold for a BMW 116d, first purchase was incorrect (the manifold was for a 4 cylinder rather than a 3 cylinder vehicle - at a cost of £199.99) I then returned the manifold using the provided label and tracking number, and purchased the correct items (manifold cost £119.99 without the motor) individually through Amesplan on eBay.
