I was a little worried about how things would go as this was my first cleaning since COVID-19 has affected the US, but it was nice to see that the office was taking things seriously. I truly appreciated the level of barriers, and checking to make sure I wasn’t someone exhibiting symptoms etc. My actual appt went quicker than it ever has in the past as well.
This was second visit and will continue going. The staff makes you feel welcome and safe. My dental cleaning was fast and professional (even with Covid-19). All my questions and concerns were addressed.
Have been going to Ames Family Dental for many years and I continue to receive a thorough exam and professional cleaning. Lori is the best! She also took a picture of a small growth on my tongue and reviewed it with Dr Cahill. I am to watch the growth and report back in a couple of weeks. I can always count on a detailed summary of the status of my teeth and mouth. Thanks!!
They were very mindful of not spreading Covid-19 and used effective social distancing rules and procedures. The teeth cleaning was also quick and painless. Everyone is very nice and knowledgeable.
I am not one to like the dentist at all. It makes me anxious weeks ahead of time. I am so thankful for Lori and Dr Patton, who both make me feel at ease while I'm there. Lori knows I have anxiety and always takes time with me and I appreciate that so much! I really do feel like they are part of my family.
I had a routine cleaning, x-rays and checkup today. My Hygienist did a great job cleaning my teeth, the xrays went easy and my check up with Dr Patton was thorough and painless. The whole staff did a great job keeping myself and their staff safe with all the precautions of Covid 19. They make everything easy and a great overall experience.
From beginning to end, their process and service are second to none. Would highly recommend!

Just had an appointment that was rescheduled due to Covid19. The staff did a great job insuring things were sanitized. My temperature was taken at the door and a few Health questions were answered Online and then again before I entered. Very professional and friendly atmosphere.
