I felt really comfortable with Taylor and Dr. Patten. They were kind, laid back and didn’t “scold” me for not being a good flosser like other dentists I’ve been to. A wonderful experience for someone who gets a little nervous going to the dentist.
I was there for my 6 month checkup. I'm apprehensive since I have sensitive teeth. I had the best experience. Sarah was great. No pain! Everyone is so nice and the addition of Mona, the therapy dog, will be a great asset. I highly recommend Ames Family Dental.

I am always treated very well at Ames Family Dental and appreciate their services. They're taking lots of great precautions for COVID.
My hygienist and Dr. Patton are always so kind. I was wary about attending an appointment where I'd have to remove my mask during COVID era, but the staff put me at ease with new safety measures prior to and upon arrival. Everything was clean and sanitary as usual and even the check-in desk had plexiglass protection. Two thumbs up!
Very impressed with the level of service. They take the extra time to really tell you what’s going on with your health and in the case of our some who was worried about getting a cavity filled, did what was needed to help home relax. Something I’ve not seen before.
Ames Family Dental provides exceptional service from the moment you walk in the door. Going to the dentist is not fun, but I doubt it could get any better than this. Friendly and knowledgeable staff explain your care every step of the way. Don’t tell anyone, but for the first time ever I am looking forward to my next dental appointment. I would highly recommend Dr. Patten to anyone looking for an excellent dentist!!!
