6 months ago, I was having trouble with my left upper wisdom tooth and had a lot of pain. I didn't have a dentist around here, Ames Family Dental responded to me right away and fit me into their schedule for being a new patient. Days later they pulled that wisdom tooth there in their office, it happened so fast I didn't even know they were done. I was able to continue my day at work without any problem. The staff is very friendly, warm and kind. Clean place it make it feel like home when you walk in.I had a great experience there getting my teeth clean. I used to hate going g to the dentist but coming to your office I don't mind coming in at all.
My first appointment was wonderful. They got me in to my appointment in a timely manner, showed me around the building, and set me up in a nice clean and comfortable room. The hygienist and dentist were very personable and they explained everything clearly to me. The office is beautiful!
I've always been uneasy about going to a dentist. This is the only place that has respected me to this extent. Awesome place and definitely not uneasy about going back! Excellent people, great business.
I love Ames Family Dental, I have been a patient for years! I always appreciate feeling taken care of and welcomed when I am there. Even though they only see me twice a year, they remember my name, details about my life (work and family) and always inquire how things are going! I appreciate this! Dr. Patten and his staff continue to show the highest degree of professionalism toward their clients. Technical staff are friendly, willing to answer questions, and respectful. Dr. Patten explains every procedure and doesn't try to push treatments or remedies that aren't required.
As usual, everything went great. Cleaning for both of us went well. Hate the floride varnish. I do have a question looking at the bill. Lori did an Adult Prophylaxis while Jeni did a Periondontal Maintenance which was $34 more than Rosemary's. I didn't notice having work done other than cleaning. Just wondering
I really appreciate the friendly atmosphere when I walking the door. The desk is quick in getting me signed in! But the highlight was getting my teeth cleaned, with a smile! Thank you Jenni!
