Dentistry here is awesome. I really value the relationships I have built with the staff at Ames Family Dental, and it is obvious that they are committed not only to excellent oral hygiene, but also to a positive patient experience.
This is an outstanding dental atmosphere. The front office personnel was friendly and made one feel comfortable as well as scheduling future appointments. My dental hygienist Jenni is terrific and trustworthy. Very professional while also being personal when doing her work. I always appreciate it when Dr. Patten or Dr. Good stops in to say "Hi" or answer an questions. You are treated as a high priority by everyone.
Lori Grant is the best dental hygienist that you have. I personally hate going to the dentist but she makes my visit so much better by just being so nice and understanding. I really appreciate the gentleness of her cleaning Technics and she makes my visit more comfortable by just being herself.
I preferred the services offered by your office even though I could have gone to a local franchise chain where my dental insurance would have covered cleaning, x-rays, and such at no charge. Am I ever glad I made the right choice! Not only did I receive top-notch professional services and reliable opinions regarding my dental health, I was pleased to find that my insurance carrier paid 70% of the visit! Fantastic, and thank you for squeezing me into your schedule.
Always great attention to my dental hygiene. I feel like I am their most important patient. They do a wonderful job of exams and interpreting them to me. And, a perk, is watching the birds at the birdfeeder just outside of the window. very relaxing and aesthetic!

Between the comforting, genuine staff and the top notch service provided, there is no better dental office around.
