Terrible communication, unprofessional, and untrustworthy. I enquired about a flat to let the day the ad went online. I explained that as I lived abroad it would be a friend who would do the visit for me and I was told there was no problem with that, to note however that the woman on the phone immediately asked why I was calling from a foreign number which was odd and rudely toned.
