Very unhappy. Was charged twice for propane left in tank when I bought the property. No help from America's to resolve issue.
I called at least 10 times having to answer all the questions then they would transfer me and hang up on me. When I finally got an appointment to deliver the tank, they tried to deliver a 500 gallon instead of the 250 gallon I asked for. Then after not delivering the tank, they told me I used 78 gallons and sent out a driver to fill the tank that was never delivered. They said they couldn't find the tank (because it was never delivered) and are now trying to charge me for the attempted delivery. This place is an absolute jok... read more
This companies' response to its customers' needs in the aftermath of Michigan's historic and very damaging Ice Storm was horrible and reprehensible! We only had our generator to supply power for the two weeks our area was without power. AmGas wanted $300 dollar "emergency fee" to refill our tank.
