Three days ago after 17+ years of service we discovered that our house was completely out of propane. Of course we did not notice we were out until after business hours December 28th. I am on automatic delivery with a service ticket that was created 10/31/22 and yet no one has serviced our account. Amerigas truck pulled into my driveway and ran over my well causing damage to it, opened the back gate and my dog went missing for an hour, and did not bother to tell us when my wife was here at home at witnessed it. They also have done nothing about the well damage after 3 phone calls reporting the incident. We are not even customers and have no idea why they were even here.

Worst customer service in the country, they block your phone when you make a claim. They're a dead beat company that doesn't stand behind their product! I've bought 2 cylinders that leak from them & the 1st time they found my card information but, claimed the charge never went through. The 2nd time was the day after purchase, they had me go to the machine then wouldn't answer the phone until I froze & went back home. I placed an order with Amerigas on 12/13/2022 and was given a delivery window (1-7 days); I requested a call from the driver. When the propane had not been delivered by 12/23, I called and cust svc rep stated the company attempted to deliver but the ground was too soft, no phone call was made; also, a fee would be charged to expedite delivery. Today after 13 years of service my home ran completely out of gas. I had to evacuate my family and animals for safety and now am incurring hotel and animal boarding costs. I have been calling Amerigas for hours and can not get anyone on the emergency line, I hold 1 -2 hours each time. I have been scheduled for auto delivery for over a week, the tank went to 10% to 3% and now 0%. Now worried about damage to the house and plumbing system. This is the worst company ever. Called on December 1st, told they would deliver on the 8th, called on the 9th, told it would be 72 hours, called on the 13th, told it would be 24 hours, called on the 15th told it would be 24 hours, called on the 18th, told it would be 24 hours, called on the 20th, told it would be 24 hours, called on the 21st, told it would be on 24 hours, called on the 22...same thing. Will call tomorrow to cancel service. I won't put up with this nonsense. Very poor customer service!!!

I have been calling Amerigas for a delivery since 12/15/22. Every time I call I get the run around and told that propane will be delivered within 24hrs. I called on the 22nd of Dec and was told again that we would have a delivery within 24hrs. I called on the 23rd of Dec and was told it would be delivered within 24hrs AGAIN. We are now at about 9% capacity and the temps outside at about 18 degrees and will stay that way through the weekend. This being a holiday weekend I doubt anyone will be delivering on Saturday or Sunday.... read more

Ordered gas on 11/16 and still nothing. I’ve called every day and have been in emergency status mode for over a week. We are going to freeze and I don’t know what else to do.

We are a 30 yr customer who is supposed to be on automatic fill up. Our last delivery was 3/22/22. On 12/15 about 10;30 we noticed our heat wasn't kicking on, when checked we found tank was EMPTY (no one chkd it for 9 mnths). Called for after hours delivery, was advised not available but would be here the next day (we tk to be 12/16). NO DELIVERY, called the office at 3 asking for supervisor.
