It's a great hotel. For those visitors who are here for Falls. The Falls are literally not even 5-10mins away. The location is good. And a good price.
Both ice machines broken. Stains on comforter. Broken door locks. Dirty rug. Amazing travel apps even offer this literal DUMP!!! They have no shame because they don't improve anything. Never pick a place to stay with less than 4 stars.
I never stayed here but tonight they decided it was okay to sign for my food that I order via credit card from Marcos Pizza! This is highly unprofessional! I only discovered this upon calling the restaurant and them telling me that three Indian women signed my receipt and took my order. No wonder you guys only have a 2.4 star rating. Maybe you should train your employees on how to properly handle situations, and I don't know NOT STEAL FROM PEOPLE!
It is very dirty, the breakfast is pitiful and the hotel smells. But the lady who checked us in was nice. Past check in, there was rarely anyone at the desk. Plus, there was an area of the carpet that had staples sticking out of it in both rooms. The hotel is old, which isn't the problem. But it doesn't look upkept. Just checked in tonight and walked into the hotel and instantly knew it was going to be nasty. The room smells awful, cob webs everywhere, ants in the bathroom, mold in the shower, food on the floor, front desk lady was rude as hell. I complained about the room and she said if you don't like it stay somewhere else. I will never ever stay here again and I believe they should be shut down. How can a place this nasty still be in business. PLEASE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR FAMILY SPEND THE EXTRA $$$ AND STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE.
rooms are really dirty. we got the room for one night but never used it. During the day we where at Niagara falls and when we went back to rest for the night. we pulled up the bed sheets and found ants all in the bed. we then went to let then know. they said the only thing they would do is change the sheets. i told them i rather not stay there to sleep and asked to get my money back. Disgusting dump. Rude racist Indian Staff. Owners and extended family live on site. Their kids run up and down the halls knocking on doors at 7am.. Didn't sleep at all.
Well the service was not that great Maki g you plunge a backup toilet.The breakfast was to laugh at with there mini little muffins .
