This place was absolutely unlivable. How they pass the NY State Board of Health and Mental Hygiene and stay in operation, I will NEVER understand. Filthy rooms, filthy hallways, NO Covid-19 response. This place is a cesspit. We left and stayed with the Hampton Inn they share a parking lot with. Don’t waste your money on this place.
Just disgusting all the way around.... will never stay here again. I guess you get what you pay for 🤦♀️

The staff is ok....Could be friendlier and smile more......And the price is going up to $150 on Saturday night....Plus tax....and they don't accept checks Something nice that I would like to say to one of the ladies on staff....Thank you for giving me the bandaids when my husband cut his finger:) We both appreciate it #kindness

The most disgusting, dirty, smelly, nastiest place I've ever stepped foot in. I couldn't cancel my reservation fast enough! Hampton Inn by hilton next door is great! Ran right over there! The pictures on the website are probably from 20 years ago. Nothing like scrambling for a hotel after driving 7.5 hours! Lady at the front desk was nice yes but that doesn't make up for the shithole hotel.
Where do I start? The toilet leaked, there were ants everywhere. There was a long hair on the pillows. The sliding glass doors leaked air and made the room freezing. The shower temperature kept going from hot to cold. The little fridge did not work. Tiles were cracked. The walls were way to thin.
very quite I really enjoyed my self.very polite.the owner was very nice
Good for a one night stay. Very close to the Falls @NY, conveniently of the the Expressway.
