A couple months back I would have given America's Best 5 stars but no more. Back in February I bought my 3rd pair of glasses there. I spent the money on the very best of lenses, polycarbonate, blue light filter, the works. I was told by one of their employees that if I ever had any problems to come back. I did not purchase the warranty because I am super cautious with any of my glasses. I only use soft cloths to wipe them down with. When you get bored, try to order glasses from this company. For the past 10 weeks I was trying to get my glasses . I've came to the store ,I've called plenty of times just to find out that my glasses have not even been sent to the factory. Finally after 63 days I received my glasses. Even though I was promised it would only take two weeks. I was very happy with my glasses. Regional manager Richie apologize for the delay and returned the money for my inconvenience. I HIGHLY discourage you to give this business any of your hard earned money. They flat out DISCRIMINATE! I went in for my routine eye exam, this past Thursday and was REFUSED service! I walked in and checked in for my scheduled appt. I was asked to put on a mask to which I kindly explained that I have a medical condition which prevents me from wearing one and a doctor's note for my medical exemption. Yeah, I purchased two pair of glasses, the tag on both pair said $79 dollars ten bucks more? That is acceptable. My glasses were plain, no bifocal, no Trasitions, no scratch resistant coating. And my insurance took some dollars off. Still costs me $89 and change. I think I'll go to ***** World next time.

I went in for an eye exam on Monday, September 20, 2021. All went well with my exam and visit and the doctor and I discussed contact lenses since I'd never worn them before. She ordered in a trial and said they'd call to schedule a "class" when they came in so I could learn how to use them. Fast forward to Oct 13th at 11:30 AM. 2 Appointments initial eye exam and a contact lens training which is separate probably cost more then the eye exam it's absurd. Can't order contacts due to no training when the eye doctor supplied the eye prescription they should in turn do the training same day without a separate appointment, it's been over a month since the first initial exam no contacts yet because doctors schedule booked out. Not even a trail pair...and I can't order still after the training because it requires a third appointment.....before any consent ... read more

Be very careful using this company, they made my prescription glasses incorrect and blamed it on my eyes possibility needing surgery and referred me to my eye specialist, after 2 separate independent eye exams and extra specialist doctor fees. My eye specialist doctor laughed at America best suggestion for surgery and gave me the results that my eyes did not need surgery and my prescription was made wrong.

I guess I should have read the reviews before going to Americas best this has been the worst experience ever!!! My husband paid $300 for his glasses and got exactly what he needed Americas best attempted three times to make my glasses correct and never succeeded. Reached out to their corporate office never got any satisfaction still trying to get my money back they could care less and now I see why they are not rated with the BBB. Do yourself a favor and never go there!
