My reading glasses had to be thrown away and they were less than 1 year old. I treated them very carefully and only used them for reading. Hence, they were not used often during the course of the day. When I approached them about replacement they told me I was out of luck since I hadnt purchased insurance. THEY WERE LESS THAN A YEAR OLD. I highly suggest that you DO NOT buy your glasses from them.

America's Best false advertises. I scheduled my appointment based on the commercial of free eyes exam and 2 pairs of glasses for $79. However, when it was time to purchase my glasses I was told that advertisement was only for people without insurance. I was very angry but, since I had come that far for the appointment, I decided to go on. In the end, I had to pay an additional $79 after my insurance paid $200, for a basic pair of glasses.

The customer service is awful especially at the ****** ** location. I ordered frames no lenses and almost 30 days later no frames. When I call the store they hang up on you.. also when I asked for a refund they said that since I paid in cash they can only send me a corporate check which can take 30 days. I will never enter another Americas Best again.

They sell absolute trash and charge you for top notch products! After I posted my ****** review they replied and said they would be in touch! Never happened! They are CROOKS and LIARS!!!! STAY AWAY AND DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!!!

Charged me for progressive lens with anti glare and the whole works but end up getting bifocal glasses without anti glare and didn't refund me the difference that they owe me for over charging me. They did not provide me with the product I paid for or refunding me the difference because they should have charged me for bifocals not progressive lenses.

Beware. America's Best is a classic bait and switch operation.Today I went to the store at **** Beltline to get the advertised two pair of glasses for $79.95. I knew there would be additional charges for upgrades.I told an associate, who remained seated the whole time I was there, that I would not require an eye exam because I had a prescription from my ophthalmologist. They are horrible. I bought 2 pairs of glasses and in 6 months they're both broke. Do not recommend

I went in for eye exam that was fine. I gave them my glasses which I purchased elsewhere Versace eyeglasses. Three weeks later I receive a call they were lost in transit. I advise consumers do not purchase from this company at all.

Contacted America's Best on ********** in Hermitage, ** to determine if this company is in network for VSP Vision *************** After paying a large sum of monies for both myself and my spouse, six months later I have now received a **** stating that my insurance did not pay. The America's Best sent directed me to a so-called VSP phone number and work out the matter. The representative there continued to ask for my name and birth date and tried to get my full SSN.
